DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Juri came to us with concerns regarding unsatisfactory aesthetics, tooth mobility, and bad smell from mouth.
The looseness of the front teeth was so extreme that the patient was able to extract a couple of teeth on his own using his hands.
RESULTS OF INITIAL EXAMINATION:
Severe periodontitis and bone tissue atrophy were diagnosed, and it was decided to carry out treatment according to the on-4 protocol
PROCEDURE OUTCOME:
Under local anesthesia, all teeth were removed and 4 implants were placed on the upper and lower jaws. In subsequent visits, a restoration was fabricated that fully satisfied the patient's aesthetic expectations. Treatment was carried out in 2017, the patient regularly comes for check-ups, and the teeth and implants are in excellent condition.
